USPS seeks to raise first-class stamp price again; when it would go into effect
CINCINNATI (WKRC) - The cost of a first-class stamp could rise again this summer under a proposal from the U.S. Postal Service. The agency is seeking to increase the price from 78 cents to 82 cents, according to a filing submitted to the Postal Regulatory Commission. If approved, the change would take effect July 12.
