NASA’s Roman Space Telescope passes major pre-flight tests, may launch as early as this fall
The tests, conducted from January to March, confirmed that the telescope will withstand launch conditions and function as intended in space.
NASA said it is on track for an early April launch of Artemis II after rollback following problems that arose in the wake of a successful wet dress rehearsal in late February.
Ahead of the first launch from Florida, SpaceX's Gigabay is rising at Kennedy Space Center. The sight is visible to the public.
