Bruce Springsteen is weighing in on the latest flashpoint in the Trump administration’s nationwide immigration enforcement crackdown.

Mourning for Renee Nicole Good, the singer decried the Trump administration and the threat to freedom posed by “heavily armed masked federal troops invading an American city.”

Bruce Springsteen took the stage at the Light of Day festival to honor Renee Good, a mother shot by an ICE agent, urging the crowd to stand against injustice and advocate for change.

"So this song is for you, and the memory of the mother of three and American citizen Renee Good,” he concluded before launching into the melody.
