Bruce Springsteen is weighing in on the latest flashpoint in the Trump administration’s nationwide immigration enforcement crackdown.
Bruce Springsteen made a surprise appearance Saturday at the Light of Day Winterfest concert in Red Bank, New Jersey. There, he dedicated his song “The Promised Land” to Renee Good, the Minneapolis woman killed by an ICE agent in Minnesota.
Mourning for Renee Nicole Good, the singer decried the Trump administration and the threat to freedom posed by “heavily armed masked federal troops invading an American city.”
In a surprise appearance in New Jersey, the musician dedicated his song “The Promised Land” to Ms. Good, who was killed by an ICE agent in Minneapolis this month.
