A homegrown Columbus restaurant brand expects to add dozens of new locations in the coming years.

Cathay Cargo Cathay Cargo carried 5% more cargo in January 2026 than in January 2025, while Available Freight Tonne Kilometres (AFTKs) increased by 3%.

The industrial facility, developed by Pizzuti, spans more than 1 million square feet.

The new spot will become the fifth central Indiana location operated by Mark and Lauren Weghorst, joining restaurants in Noblesville, Carmel, Fishers and downtown’s Mass Ave neighborhood.
