Cholmondeley Castle Gardens is a must-visit Cheshire garden. We visited on their opening day which was Mother's Day and spent the day surrounded by blossom and daffodils. The gardens were breathtaking and I have literally never seen so many daffodils. Mums were sipping prosecco, families were enjoying picnics and children running around the paths. It really was a lovely spring day out. As we arrived at the car park there was the cutest coffee van serving up hot drinks and homemade cakes for you
