Second Hakafot dancing with the Torah took place in the Hall of Isaac and Rebecca, the largest section of the Tomb of the Patriarchs & Matriarchs complex. This hall is accessible to Jews ten-days a year as part of the rotation agreement with the Waqf. In this hall is the entrance into the Cave of Machpela.
