Buckeye Construction and Restoration (BCR) of Wellston was spotted on Wednesday, Dec. 3, continuing work at Jackson’s Memorial Building (145 Broadway St.) BCR crew members have been working (weather pending) since late November, reclaiming pieces of the limestone.
