A 52-year-old man, surnamed Leung, was arrested on Saturday (Feb 14), for allegedly hitting a rubbish truck with a knife and other offensive weapons. The incident happened at about 2pm, along Cheun Lung Street in Hong Kong's Tsuen Wan. The man, reportedly unhappy with cleaning works, first took three aluminum bars and a wooden stick to hit the truck.
