Today’s workout explained 👩‍💻 Running at a specific pace doesn’t always give you the full picture because there are too many factors that can affect your effort. Fatigue, weather, terrain, altitude and elevation is some of the main factors so that’s why it’s important to focus and be tuned in with how you feel! If you ignore effort and focus entirely on pace, you might have to learn the hard way 🤪🤪 I have trained at altitude for most of my career and am rarely able to maintain sea level pace
