This is SOOOO GOOD! Wow. I'm still impressed days later. We started with about 1/2 - 3/4 of a 5 gallon bucket of sweet corn cobs. Put them in a stock pot and added enough water to cover them. Brought to a boil for a good 30 minutes, and then simmered for another hour. Pull out the cobs, and then strain the liquid with a tea cloth. Bring back to a boil and begin to reduce it down.
