Push day = best day! Try this workout next time you hit chest & shoulders 💪 Push day workout: Warm up (don’t skip this!) with light movement. I like to warm up with a resistance band and do some push ups. Chest press 8-10 reps x 4 sets Decline Pike pushups 8 reps x 4 sets - these are hard to do right, modify by not elevating your hands/feet. Ring dips 10 reps (or till failure) x 4 sets - sometimes I do these weighted, if you need a challenge try that! Super set: Cable flys 12-15 reps x 4 sets C
