Day 155: Strength fades. Movement lasts. 🧘‍♂️ Took a page out of @ mr.highlevel_ book today so thank you for the motivation and knowledge you share. I’ve always enjoyed doing these types of movements but since I’ve started my journey I’ve been adding them to my routine more and more. The benefits have been more noticeable. Homework: 100 reps each ( can break it down into 4 sets if easier) - Lymphatic hops - Dead arms - Knee slaps - Body waves - Arm twists - Trunk twists - Arm raises - Arm hails
