Tonight I wanted to see what would happen if I fried jarred artichoke hearts! I found these baby artichoke hearts and I was crossing my fingers these would bloom in the oil! I was so pleasantly surprised when they turned into the perfect little crispy artichoke flowers! The most important part of this whole idea is to make sure the artichokes are as dry as possible before frying. I let these dry for about 6 hours. As always make sure your oil is at least 350F to get that golden brown color. I ad
