Appearance... A 30-year-old Windhoek resident made his first court appearance today at the Katutura Magistrate’s Court. Asser Pendapala Nendongo was charged with murder for allegedly shooting a bouncer, David Mbinda, at a local bar on Friday. It is alleged that the shooting was a result of an altercation after the accused refused to pay an entrance fee of N$30. The matter was postponed to 18 March 2026 for formal bail application and further postponed to 21 May 2026 for further investigations. V
