New research from University of California, San Francisco suggests the brain may still know how to repair itself even after years of multiple sclerosis damage. Scientists developed a drug called PIPE-307 that helps dormant repair cells rebuild lost myelin, restoring nerve function in animal models and moving beyond immune suppression toward true repair.
